<h2><strong>What this job can offer you</strong></h2>
<p>This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global payroll space.&nbsp;You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of our customer's (external and internal) needs and pain points and working with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional Product Management experience. This includes being a leader in your development team and beyond, working with internal experts across multiple disciplines (operations, compliance, sales, product marketing etc.) to build a scalable payroll platform for 80+ markets around the world.</p>
<h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Proficiency in&nbsp;Cursor&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;Claude Code&nbsp;is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs.</strong></li>
<li>Experience as a senior product manager working in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions. Hands-on experience building payroll software and systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI.</li>
<li>Great judgment-making strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.</li>
<li>Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including across different departments (e.g. operations, business, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure that we are satisfying critical customer, business and operational requirements</li>
<li>Business-level proficiency in writing and speaking English</li>
<li>Excellent skills &amp; track record in stakeholder management</li>
<li>‘Can do’ attitude - digging into problems and working collaboratively with speed and efficiency on solutions</li>
<li><strong>Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.</strong></li>
