<ul>
<li>Own and continuously improve one or more GTM products that support how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and system improvements.</li>
<li>Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps, working within Remote’s broader Revenue Technology direction and architecture.</li>
<li>Build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering.</li>
<li>Lead meaningful initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization.</li>
<li>Develop your product, technical, and strategic skills while helping evolve the technology that powers Remote’s go-to-market organization.</li>

<h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.</li>
<li>Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Sound judgment in determining whether a need should be addressed through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or existing technology.</li>
<li>Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and adoption.</li>
<li>Curiosity and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to build, automate, or improve GTM workflows and internal tooling.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment.</li>
<li>Experience with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners.</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English.</li>
<li>Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.</li>

<li>Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and lifecycle of one or more defined GTM products or product areas.</li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of the users, business processes, data, and systems supported by your products.</li>
<li>Gather and clarify business needs, identify underlying problems, and translate them into well-defined product requirements and scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Prioritize initiatives and enhancements based on business value, user impact, effort, risk, and alignment with the broader GTM technology strategy.</li>
<li>Define success measures and use data, stakeholder feedback, and product performance to guide continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Design and deliver solutions using system configuration, automation, AI, integrations, custom development, or third-party technology.</li>
<li>Contribute to build-versus-buy evaluations and technology recommendations in partnership with senior product and technical stakeholders.</li>
