<p>This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a <strong>Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst</strong>, joining our <strong>Operational Risk</strong> team.</p>
<p>You will play a key role in tackling fraud and driving continuous improvement. This role is responsible for performing enhanced due diligence on complex and higher-risk customers, both at on-boarding and on an on-going basis.</p>

</ul>
<h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening (financial services / fintech or similar)</li>
<li>Experience performing EDD checks at onboarding and ongoing</li>
<li>Comfortable with complexity; can summarise and present recommendations to decision-makers</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead investigations / due diligence continuous improvement; familiarity with compliance tools; can manage vendor relationships</li>
<li>Able to lead projects independently; proactive learner</li>
<li>Relevant AML certification preferred (e.g. ACAMS)</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Perform EDD on customers across high risk industries, including review of relevant export control and licensing regulations</li>
<li>Improve due-diligence processes, documentation, and supporting systems (clarity + traceability)</li>
<li>Assist with regulatory changes; participate in cross-functional projects</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners and second-line control functions</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement around tooling, SOPs and policies</li>
<li>Contribute to specialist training and knowledge sharing</li>
<li>Stakeholder engagement to raise the profile of Compliance</li>
<li>Prepare data-driven internal management reports</li>
</ul>
