About the Role:We are seeking an exceptionally creative, storytelling-driven Senior Video Editor & Content Producer to become our dedicated, in-house creative partner. This role goes far beyond simple assembly; you will take full ownership of turning raw multi-camera interviews and founder-led footage into high-retention, polished narratives. It is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous editor who understands both YouTube and social-first video architectures to directly elevate an established personal brand and scale our global digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Long-Form Storytelling: Edit 1–2 masterfully paced long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, and thought leadership interviews per week, engineering clear story arcs and high-impact moments.

* Engineer Short-Form Assets: Repurpose long-form content into 4–6 highly engaging, "click-worthy" clips per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
* Own Post-Production Polish: Apply high-end transitions, lower thirds, titles, kinetic captions, basic color correction, and audio enhancement to deliver client-ready files.
* Incorporate Creative Autonomy: Independently interpret general creative briefs and scripts, making smart structural, musical, and B-roll choices without needing granular direction.
* Build Repeatable Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain video editing templates, assets, and project files to streamline production as the content engine scales.
* Manage Version Control: Maintain highly organized asset libraries and seamlessly incorporate feedback under tight, fast-paced production deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube and social-first short-form content (Required).

* Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (Required).
* Exceptional Communication: Fluent written and verbal English skills to collaborate effectively within U.S. Pacific Time business hours (Required).
* Niche Domain Experience: Experience editing tech, AI, robotics, or high-level executive thought leadership content (Preferred).
* Advanced Post-Production Skills: Motion graphics capabilities using Adobe After Effects and basic YouTube packaging/thumbnail design experience (Preferred).
* AI Tool Fluency: Familiarity with integrating AI-powered creative and editing tools into post-production workflows (Preferred).
