About the Role
We are looking for aUGC Video Editorwho thrives in aperformance marketing environment—someone who can producehigh-volume, scrappy, conversion-driven contentrather than polished brand films.
You will work alongside a UK-based team to createshort-form video adsthat drive measurable results across paid channels. This role is ideal for an editor who understands how toturn raw footage into engaging, high-converting creatives quickly and efficiently.
This is not a traditional cinematic editing role. Instead, success in this position comes fromspeed, iteration, and performance mindset.
What You’ll Do
Video Editing & Creative Execution
* Editshort-form UGC-style videosfor paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
* Turn raw footage intoengaging, conversion-focused ad creatives
* Produce both:Lo-fi, fast-turnaround edits(core focus)Occasionalhigher-production editswhen needed

* Incorporate hooks, captions, pacing, and storytelling optimized for performance
Performance Marketing Alignment
* Understandwhat makes ads convert, not just look good
* Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback
