We are an outdoor gear brand focused on making quality gear accessible to everyone. We're growing our marketing team and looking for an organized, detail-oriented coordinator to support our SEO program and Shopify channel operations.About the role

As our SEO & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll report to the VP of Brand and support a wide range of day-to-day marketing tasks including SEO, site operations, catalog management, social media, and cross-team coordination. You're comfortable jumping between tools and workstreams, you like keeping things organized, and you're the kind of person who makes sure the details are right and the work actually gets done.

What You'll Do
* Support keyword research, on-page optimization, and content briefs across PDPs, collection pages, and blog content using Ahrefs
* Assist with SEO audits and coordinate with PR efforts to monitor competitor rankings and backlinks
* Upload blog posts and SEO content, manage redirects, and monitor for broken links or missing metadata
* Audit product catalog for SEO consistency and flag issues to relevant teams
* Coordinate with creative teams for marketing and site assets
* Support Shopify product listing updates and ecommerce operations
* Maintain social media posting calendar and scheduling (4–5 posts per week)
* Support SEO reporting, dashboards, keyword tracking, and performance updates
* Assist with Amazon SEO including product listings, A+ content, and infographics
* Build and maintain SOPs for SEO workflows and product setup

What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or e-commerce support
* Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, metadata, content structure)
* Experience with Ahrefs or similar SEO tools
* Familiarity with Shopify admin
* Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with Google Sheets and data
* Experience supporting teams with coordination and execution
* Experience using AI tools to improve workflows is required
* Bonus: Amazon SEO / marketplace optimization experience
