The client is a rapidly scaling product and services firm helping middle-market companies find and implement high-impact AI opportunities. Their clients work with them on an ongoing basis to continuously identify value-add areas, e.g., workflow automation to reduce operational bottlenecks, analytics to inform growth strategy.

The client is seeking aTechnical Product Managerwho possesses strong strategic thinking skills and can serve as a true thought partner to their client executives and stakeholders. You will translate ambiguous asks from clients into clear strategic direction and develop technical plans in partnership with Engineering. Your ultimate success is measured by maximizing client ROI.

What You Will Do
* Develop Strategic Roadmap:Work with clients to understand their internal priorities and translate that into a strategic roadmap with specific projects that drive high impact client outcomes. Take ambiguous, unclear direction and create a highly tangible plan.
* Define Client KPIs:Align with client on moving needle KPIs; estimate impact, validate assumptions, and track performance over course of engagement.
* Collaborate with Engineering:Partner with the client's engineering team to break projects down into a detailed engineering plan.
* Drive Execution:Ensure that projects stay on track. Unblock when issues come up and get ahead of client concerns – provide options, show tradeoffs, communicate value above all else.
* Client Communication & Polish:Provide proactive client updates, present product demos, explain technical trade-offs clearly, and manage client expectations gracefully.
* Continuous Process Improvement:Help refine internal product delivery frameworks and documentation standards.

Who We Are Looking For
* 3–5+ yearsas a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in a custom software/consulting environment.
* Strong Technical Background:Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, AI models/automation tools, and agile software development cycles.
* Client Polish & Executive Presence:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak fluently to both non-technical business leaders and deep technical developers.
* High Problem-Solving Ability:Comfortable stepping into ambiguous client environments and defining clear, structured product roadmaps.
* US Hours Availability:Fully aligned with US business operating hours.
