About the Company:Our client is a large, employee-owned specialty contractor providing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services across multiple U.S. markets. The company supports residential, multifamily, and commercial construction projects and is experiencing significant ongoing hiring demand.

With more than 100 open positions at any given time, the Talent Acquisition team is looking to build a “24/7 recruiting arm” to ensure candidate sourcing continues even while the U.S.-based team is offline.

Position Overview:The Offshore Talent Sourcer will support the internal Talent Acquisition team by identifying and delivering qualified passive candidates for hard-to-fill construction roles across the United States.

This role is focused primarily on front-end sourcing and lead generation. The ideal candidate will use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates, gather contact information, and build organized prospect lists for the U.S.-based recruiting team to engage.

Over time, this role may evolve into a more full-cycle recruiting position, including resume screening and initial candidate outreach.

Key Roles to Source

The primary focus will be on high-demand construction positions, including:
* Construction Project Managers
* Assistant Project Managers
* Electrical Project Managers
* Foremen
* Superintendents
* Journeyman Electricians
* Skilled Trades Professionals
The highest-priority roles are Project Managers and Foremen, particularly in the Columbus, Ohio market.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Research
* Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, job boards, and online databases.
* Identify professionals with relevant construction and skilled trades backgrounds.
* Gather and verify candidate contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
* Create detailed prospect lists with LinkedIn profiles and supporting notes.

Lead Generation
* Build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill construction roles.
* Conduct market mapping by company, title, geography, and specialization.
* Deliver high-quality candidate leads on a consistent basis.

Data Management
* Maintain sourcing spreadsheets and trackers.
* Upload and organize candidate data within Greenhouse or other ATS platforms as implemented.
* Ensure all candidate information is accurate and well documented.

Collaboration
* Work closely with the Head of Talent and internal recruiters.
* Refine search criteria based on recruiter feedback.
* Adjust sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and response rates.

Potential Growth:As the role develops, responsibilities may expand to include: Resume screening; Initial candidate outreach; Introductory phone screens; Interview scheduling.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
* Experience sourcing passive candidates in the U.S. market.
* Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
* Excellent internet research skills.
* Strong written English and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
