About the Company

We are a globally recognized creative marketing, PR, and talent management agency working at the intersection of influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and content production. Since our founding, we've built and executed campaigns for some of the world's most recognizable beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands, while managing a roster of leading online creators.

Our work spans four core areas: talent management, influencer marketing, production, and PR and events. We move quickly, work across multiple brands and creators at once, and pride ourselves on being the team that makes our clients' and talent's lives easier.

About the Role

This role exists because our talent management and PR functions are growing faster than our current coordination capacity. As we take on more brand partnerships and expand our creator roster, we need someone who can own the day-to-day execution that keeps campaigns and creator relationships running smoothly.

You will be the operational backbone supporting our talent managers and PR team, keeping brand deals, deliverables, media outreach, and events organized and on schedule. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the creator economy, and takes pride in nothing slipping through the cracks.

PR, Media & Events
* Support media outreach, press list building, and coverage tracking
* Coordinate product gifting, seeding, and influencer mailers end to end
* Assist with event logistics, from RSVPs and vendor coordination to on-the-day run sheets

Campaign & Deliverable Coordination
* Keep campaign timelines, content calendars, and approval workflows up to date
* Chase outstanding deliverables and flag risks to campaign leads before they become problems
* Coordinate content briefs and ensure creators have what they need to deliver on time
Administrative & Reporting
* Maintain internal trackers, folders, and project management tools
* Prepare weekly status updates and campaign performance summaries
* Support invoicing, scheduling, and general operational follow-up

Required Qualifications
* 1–3 years in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, social media, or agency coordination

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many moving parts at once
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience at a marketing, PR, talent, or influencer agency
