<p><strong>About this team and role:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Firefox Enterprise is a new team within Mozilla that is addressing the needs of business and government customers for a secure enterprise browser that gives organizations greater control over their data, policies, and digital infrastructure. We’re now seeking a </span><strong>Strategic Account Manager, Firefox Enterprise </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">to help grow Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a high-impact post-sales strategic account and customer success role for someone who is excited to build deep relationships with customers and help them achieve success using Firefox Enterprise.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with executive, commercial, technical, procurement, and partner stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop success plans and guide customers from pilot through deployment, adoption, and broader rollout</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor account health, lead business reviews, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation plans</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own renewal planning, develop expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate retention and revenue forecasts</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, qualify, develop, and close new Firefox Support opportunities when customer responsibilities allow</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recognize broader Firefox Enterprise opportunities and coordinate them with the responsible Account Executive</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Resolve issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution</span></li>

<p><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience owning strategic customer relationships in enterprise technology, including engagement with both senior and operational stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A track record of supporting commercial outcomes through renewals, expansion, consultative sales, or a combination of these</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust across different levels of a customer organization</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, risks, and escalations</span></li>
