About the Role:We are looking for a Service Titan Administrator to manage, optimize, and improve our ServiceTitan platform. This role is an urgent opening and will be critical in supporting the organization through better system setup, cleaner workflows, stronger automation, and more efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceTitan experience, especially with pricebook management, proposal templates, forms, workflows, and automations. Candidates with strong experience in similar platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or other CRM/field service systems may also be considered, but ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own day-to-day administration and support of ServiceTitan.
* Manage and maintain the ServiceTitan pricebook, including updates, cleanup, accuracy, and configuration.
* Build, update, and optimize proposal templates, forms, workflows, and automations.
* Support the sales team by improving system usability, process flow, and data accuracy.
* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
* Partner with sales, operations, finance, and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into system improvements.
* Troubleshoot ServiceTitan issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders or ServiceTitan support when needed.
* Maintain clean documentation of workflows, processes, system changes, and admin procedures.
* Support reporting needs related to sales activity, pipeline, proposals, pricing, and operational performance.
* Use automation tools, AI, and system features to improve sales productivity and process consistency.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator or in a similar systems administration role.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan pricebook, proposal templates, forms, workflows, and automations is highly preferred.
* Experience supporting a sales organization or revenue team.
* Familiarity with automation tools, AI tools, CRM workflows, and operational systems.
* Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zapier, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Comfortable working EST hours.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
