Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, data-conscious, and strategicSenior Social Media Managerto lead our organic social channels and scale our creator network infrastructure. This is not a junior "posting-only" role; we are looking for a senior individual contributor who can own our content engine end-to-end with minimal training.
Operating at the intersection of brand strategy, influencer relations, and community building, you will transform high-level marketing objectives into high-performing, culturally relevant content. You will be fully responsible for building creator relationships, architecting content calendars, managing daily community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Channel Management
* Multi-Platform Execution:Own the end-to-end content calendar and distribution engine across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
