About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedPodcast Editorto own our end-to-end audio and video production. You'll edit premium long-form podcasts for clients across industries, delivering broadcast-quality content while preserving the natural flow of every conversation.
This is ahuman-first editing role. We use AI to support workflows—not to replace editorial judgment. Your goal is to ensure every episode matches the founder's high production standards.
What You'll Do
* Edit and master long-form podcast audio to broadcast quality.
* Clean conversations while maintaining natural pacing and authenticity.
* Edit multi-camera video episodes and create engaging short-form clips for social media.
* Organize media assets and manage production deadlines.
* Use AI tools to improve efficiency while manually reviewing all final edits.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of professional podcast or long-form audio editing experience.
* Strong audio engineering skills (EQ, compression, mixing, mastering).
* Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).
* Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
* Reliable remote setup with strong English communication skills.
