We are on a mission to empower like-minded publishers and brandsin supporting one another through affiliate marketing.Founded in 2016, today we directly partner with 400+ publishers and brands (Meermin, 3sixteen, Crown Northampton, and many more)that share a deep affinity for genuine, lasting products, experiences, and relationships. We indirectly partner with thousands of publishers through third-party integrations (e.g. Skimlinks).
About the job
We are looking to hire aSenior Partnerships Managerfor the Company Scale program - giving select brand partners exclusive support that drives their affiliate strategy, referred sales, and traffic.The Senior Partnerships Manager works closely with Scale brand partners, publisher partners, and internal teams. They have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
What you’ll do at Kutoku:
* ManagementManage and lead Scale team members, inclusive of full-time, part-time, and freelance staffIdentify and oversee operations to drive continuous improvementCommunicating with brand partners on any future happenings (e.g. product launches, promotions, etc) & reports; and in turn informing active publishers 1:1 on any new or upcoming developments

We’d love to hear from you if you have/are:
* 3–6 yearsof experience developing and executingpartnership or marketing campaignsfor a consumer-facingfashion or lifestylebrand.
* Experienced in managing, mentoring, and nurturing junior team members, contractors, and freelancers
* Demonstrated strong time management, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills - particularly related to email and video calls
* Proven track record of deadline-drivenproject management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and implement forward-thinking strategies as a result.
* Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
* Productivity tools likeSlack and Google(i.e. Gmail, Meet, GCal, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Thrives in a remote environment, works autonomously, embraces feedback, and partners effectively across functions and teams.
* Passionate about solving problems, connecting ideas and people, building strong relationships, and supporting the professional growth of junior team members.
While not required, it’s a bonus if you also have:
* Experience usingaffiliate networkslike CJ, Partnerize, AWIN/Shareasale, or Avantlink; and
* Experience working cross-functionally with teams spread across different time zones
* Knowledge ofSEO(and tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, and ScreamingFrog), paid social, and otherdigital marketingchannels, and how they intertwine with the Affiliate channel
* An understanding of theaffiliate marketingand/or PR industry and space; a knack for keeping up with new developments
