About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedSenior Associate – Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence / QoE)to join our growing Transaction Advisory team. In this role, you'll work closely with private equity firms, strategic buyers, founders, and advisors on live M&A transactions, providing high-quality financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses that support critical investment decisions.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on applying strong accounting principles within a transaction advisory environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience performing Financial Due Diligence, preparing Quality of Earnings reports, and translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
What You'll Do
* Perform buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
* Prepare and analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports
* Evaluate EBITDA normalization adjustments, revenue recognition, profitability, and cash flow
* Analyze Net Working Capital, debt-like items, and key transaction risks
* Review historical financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and operational KPIs
* Apply U.S. GAAP and accounting principles to assess financial performance and identify transaction-related risks
* Prepare clear, investor-ready due diligence reports and presentations
* Participate in management meetings and client discussions to gather information and explain financial findings
* Support multiple live transactions while meeting tight deadlines
* Collaborate with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) experience
* Strong hands-on experience preparing and analyzingQuality of Earnings (QoE)reports
* Demonstrated experience with:EBITDA normalizationRevenue recognitionNet Working Capital analysisDebt-like itemsCash flow analysisFinancial statement analysis

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to explain accounting concepts and financial findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced transaction environment with multiple concurrent engagements
