About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative who can execute a structured outbound sales process while bringing energy, professionalism, and consistency to every prospect interaction.The outbound sales engine has already been built.Messaging has been developed.Sales collateral exists.Call scripts have been refined.Lead lists are available.Sales automations are continually being improved.The founder has personally built much of the sales infrastructure and wants someone who can step into that foundation and execute it consistently.Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the founder.You'll spend your time prospecting through phone calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic follow-up while continuously improving your approach through coaching and feedback.Success won't come from simply making activity.Success will come from learning the sales process, mastering the messaging, consistently booking qualified meetings, and helping build the repeatable sales engine that will fuel the company's long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using proven sales processes.
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective customers.
* Build relationships with decision-makers across the software target industries.
* Generate qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
* Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Research prospective organizations before outreach.
* Qualify prospects against predefined criteria.
* Accurately maintain CRM records and sales activity.
* Track outreach metrics and meeting performance.
* Share feedback that improves messaging, scripts, and sales processes.
* Work directly alongside the founder to refine outbound strategy.
* Represent the software professionally during every customer interaction.
What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
* Demonstrated success booking qualified sales meetings.
* Experience selling B2B SaaS or software solutions.
* Understanding of modern software sales cycles.
* Outstanding spoken and written English.
* Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
* Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
* Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Highly organized with strong follow-through.
* Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
