About the Role
This is a remote SDR role focused on one core mission: getting qualified homeowners into appointments with the closing team. You are the first voice they hear, the first human they trust, and the reason they say yes to a conversation.

You'll be working a database of 15,000+ active leads alongside 500β600 new inbound leads per month coming in from PPC, SEO, and direct mail. Speed, follow-up discipline, and a genuine ability to connect with all kinds of people are what set top performers apart here.
Key Responsibilities

* Build immediate rapport with potential sellers and identify their motivations, timeline, and level of interest
* Set qualified appointments for the outside sales (closing) team to attend in person
* Manage follow-up sequences across long-nurture leads using the company CRM
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity
* Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve outreach and qualification criteria
What We're Looking For
* Naturally likable:you make people feel at ease within seconds of picking up the phone
* A great listener:you ask smart questions and actually hear the answers
* Resilient and consistent:you show up every day, make the calls, and don't take rejection personally
* Curious and coachable:you reflect on your calls, look for patterns, and keep getting better
* Organized and disciplined:you manage your pipeline without being told twice
* Emotionally intelligent:you can handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Nice to Have
* Experience in customer-facing roles (banking, hospitality, service industry, call centers)
* Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers (RingCentral or similar)
* Real estate background (Nice to have but not required)
* Spanish language skills (a plus for certain markets, not required)
Compensation Structure
