YouTube Script Producer (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a full-service agency specializing in driving revenue for seven-figure coaches, consultants, and info-product businesses through long-form organic YouTube content. We manage channels end-to-end, from strategy and packaging to scripting, production management, and optimization.

We are seeking a full-time YouTube Script Producer to join our global team. This is a fully remote, offshore role specifically open to top-tier talent in South Africa who can execute at a high level within a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.

The Role

You will own the scripting pipeline, working directly with the founder and account management team to produce ready-to-record video scripts at scale. This is not a traditional creative writing role; you are operating a structured, sequential scripting process built on top of AI. You will produce 8+ scripts per day across multiple client channels, maintaining a quality standard where every script is ready for the creator to record the moment it is delivered.

What You'll Do

Every script follows a precise, sequential process. You receive a locked video package (title, thumbnail, format) and the creator’s raw source material, which ranges from context dumps and transcripts to rough notes. Your job is to transform that raw material into a high-performing script.

AI accelerates production, but it does not replace your judgment. You are the final quality control layer. If something reads like it was generated by AI instead of spoken naturally on camera, you must catch it and fix it.

The Workflow:
* Content Extraction:Mine source material for key arguments, stories, and frameworks. Cross-reference against brand guides and past scripts to fill any gaps.
* Clarification:Ask sharp, clarifying questions to ensure full alignment before writing begins.
* Structure Mapping:Plan each section, including hook angles, delivery summaries, and estimated timing, and secure approval on the structure first.
* Sectional Building:Build the outline and script step by step (Hook, Core Sections, CTA), with each section reviewed before moving forward.
* Deep Audit:Run every script through a final quality check, including pattern detection, source verification, voice match, pacing, spoken delivery, and factual accuracy.
The final product must be delivered to the Account Manager fully ready to record, with no gaps or revisions needed.

Who You Are
* Detail-obsessed and able to spot inconsistencies in tone, flow, and voice
* Strong understanding of YouTube strategy and audience retention
* Process-driven and comfortable working within structured systems
* AI-fluent, with the ability to use it effectively while maintaining high-quality output
* Growth-oriented and motivated to contribute to a scaling team

What This Role Is Not
* Not a blank-page creative role; you will follow a defined system
* Not low volume; you are expected to produce 8+ scripts per day
* Not a passive AI role; all content requires hands-on review and refinement
* Not client-facing; communication is handled through the Account Manager
* Not a slow ramp; you are expected to perform at a high level within weeks

Growth Path

As the client base grows, so does the scripting function. You will first master the system and multiple client voices. From there, you can progress into a Lead Script Producer role, where you will train and oversee additional producers and take ownership of the scripting operation globally.
