You will serve as the critical bridge between our clients and our demolition crews, ensuring that jobs are scheduled accurately and that our teams on the ground have the answers they need to succeed.
This role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, extreme attention to detail, and a mandatory background indispatch operations. * Dynamic Logistics:Manage the shifting priorities of a post-construction environment, adjusting schedules on the fly as job site conditions change.
II. Client & Team Liaison
* Information Triage:Act as the "filter" between the client and the team. You will take questions from the crew, bring them to the client for answers, and relay those solutions back to the field immediately.
