About the Company:
My client is a global creative production company — 10+ years, 8,000+ pitches, US$3B+ in secured production budgets across 40+ countries. We deliver pitch decks, campaigns, film development, and AI-hybrid productions through a transparent four-tier service structure, and we pay our creatives fairly by design.
About The Role:
We're hiring a dedicated Closer for an unusually clean closing seat: a dedicated outbound Hunter feeds you qualified, decision-maker-level opportunities; a published rate card with named price anchors does the positioning; proposal templates are built; and the Director General co-closes premium engagements with you.Your job is one thing: turn qualified pipelines into signed agreements at full value.
What You’ll Do:
* Own every opportunity from qualified handoff to signature: discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
* Deliver template-based proposals within 48 hours of handoff, priced on the rate card.
* Defend pricing with warmth and spine — our structure is transparent and we hold it.
* Hand signed clients to our Client Service Lead with complete context; then go close to the next one.
* Work directly with the Director General: weekly pipeline review, async deal updates, co-closing on top-tier engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years closing B2B service deals in the $2K–$25K range, ideally creative, agency, media, or professional services.
* Demonstrated price discipline — you can point to deals you walked from rather than discounted into.
* Excellent spoken and written English; polished on video calls with senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable with a 3–6 week consultative cycle; organized tracker and pipeline hygiene.
* Time-zone overlap with Pacific Time mornings or midday
* Must be available Mondays 4:30pm - 5:30pm for weekly Team Meeting
We’re Looking For (5 C’s + E):Courage (dominant) - High-volume outreach, comfortable with rejection math, initiates contact with senior decision-makers without hesitation.Critical Thinking (dominant) - Researches and scores prospects, screens reactivation targets against payment history, runs channel experiments and reads the data.Communication - Writes excellent short-form outreach; leads with the tier ladder and a named price anchor.Collaboration - Clean CLCP handoffs to the Closer; disciplined CC protocol with the CSL on any existing-account touch.Creativity Fresh angles per vertical — speaks VC language to VCs, spatial/visual language to architects and developers.Empathy / Energy - Reads prospect readiness; sustains daily activity without burning contacts or brand.
