Role Summary
We are seeking a commercially sharp, operationally matureSenior B2B Sales Representativeto professionalize, rebuild, and scale our sales function. This isnota high-volume SDR role, nor is it a script-reading appointment-setting position. This is a senior, consultative sales career opportunity for an individual who knows how to navigate complex, long-cycle B2B manufacturing deals.
Your mission is to inject deep discovery and strategic qualification into our pipeline. You will educate prospective beauty and wellness founders on manufacturing realities, confidently filter serious buyers from hobbyists, and proactively hunt for scaling personal care brands to build a predictable pipeline heading into late 2026 and beyond.
What You’ll Be Selling
You will guide consumer brands through the entire product development and production lifecycle, including:
* Launching custom or stock skincare and haircare lines.

You will manage two primary client profiles across our 150+ established formulas and manufacturing infrastructure:
* Established Brands (Switching or Scaling):Existing, revenue-generating Shopify or Amazon-native brands looking for a superior manufacturing partner. These are highly transactional, high-velocity deals that typically close within 1–6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
Consultative Inbound Qualification & Discovery
* Own the end-to-end inbound pipeline, qualifying 2–4 new daily opportunities via video (Zoom) and phone.
