About the Role:
Our client is looking for a high-performing sales professional to help grow revenue with independent and small retail accounts. This is not an entry level or junior position Our client wants a proven candidate who can confidently manage accounts , drive repeat business and consistently generate revenue. This candidate will report directly into domestic leadership and operate within an established sales process and quota structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales outreach to independent and small retail customers
* Grow existing accounts and drive larger order volume
* Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
* Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
* Sales Environment:
* Order sizes can range from approximately $500 and up
* Strong commission upside tied directly to performance
* Opportunity for high earnings for top performers
