Overview
Our client, a company focused on deliveringplatform solutions, expert services, and AI-driven automation, is seeking aSales Representative (AI-Native SDR)to support outbound growth initiatives.
This role is centered on building amodern, AI-enabled sales motion, leveraging tools and automation to drive efficient prospecting and pipeline generation across multiple product lines.
Primary Function
The primary function of this role is toexecute outbound sales efforts across multiple channels, generating qualified meetings and building a strong pipeline through AI-assisted prospecting and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute outbound sales campaigns viacold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
* Build and maintaintargeted prospect lists using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ZoomInfo)
* Identify and engage key decision-makers across defined ICPs
* Generate and qualify leads, booking meetings for the sales team
* Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activity
* Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies using AI tools
* Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and playbooks

1. Sustainability / Carbon Accounting Platform
* AI-driven solution that replaces expensive consultants for compliance work

Required Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience inSDR, BDR, or inside sales roles
* Proven experience withoutbound prospecting and lead generation
* Proficiency usingAI tools (e.g., Claude) and data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
* Strong ability to build lists, synthesize contact data, and personalize outreach
* Excellent written and verbalEnglish communication skills
* Comfortable executing ahigh-volume, multi-channel outreach strategy
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience sellingtechnical, SaaS, or AI-related products
* Familiarity withcompliance, ESG, or risk management solutions
