Role:Full Cycle Sales Account Manager​​​​​​​Priority Location: Latin America & South AfricaWorking Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri) EST / CST overlapSalary Range:
* Base Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD ($) per month
* Commission / Bonuses:  $1,000–$2,000+ USD per month based on performance
* OTE: Approximately $3,500–$4,500+ USD per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, coachable, and commercially minded Full Cycle Account Manager to join a rapidly scaling telecom sales organization.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you will:
* Prospect and generate opportunities
* Run discovery calls
* Present telecom solutions
* Manage sales pipelines
* Negotiate pricing
* Close business
The ideal candidate is highly energetic, hungry to succeed, confident on video calls, and comfortable speaking with both technical and financial decision-makers. Telecom experience is not essential — the client values sales ability, intelligence, communication skills, and coachability above industry experience.Unlike traditional SDR-only environments, this role is designed for someone who can build pipeline, run discovery, manage objections, and close deals independently while working alongside engineering and operations support teams when needed.You will receive extensive training on products, pricing, and the telecom sales process, while working alongside experienced sales leadership and engineering support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close
* Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling activities
* Run discovery meetings and identify customer pain points
* Present telecom and connectivity solutions to prospective clients
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
* Work toward monthly recurring revenue (MRC) sales targets
* Collaborate with engineering and backend support teams where technical input is required
* Maintain strong customer experience throughout the sales process
* Accurately track sales activity and pipeline progression
* Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training initiatives

Compensation Structure:
