Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedSales Project Managerto support a senior sales leader within a high-performing commercial real estate team.This role is designed toown the sales follow-up and pipeline management process,allowing the sales lead to focus on closing deals. This isnot a sales role—it is a process-driven, execution-focused position critical to revenue flow.

Key Objectives
* Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely follow-up with high-value prospects
* Maintain a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline
* Create structure, accountability, and visibility across business development activities
* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate deal statuses, contact info, and activity logs
* Track key sales metrics and assist in generating weekly/monthly pipeline reports
* Support pipeline analysis for management review

Key Responsibilities
* Attend internal business development meetings and accurately track conversations, next steps, and commitments
* Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot and Monday.com) with complete and precise prospecting data
* Generatedaily call lists and follow-up prioritiesfor the sales lead
* Track outreach activity and follow-up cadence across 20–50 active prospects.
* Develop and monitor simple success metrics (e.g., calls completed, follow-ups executed, meetings scheduled)
* Act as the operational backbone of the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
