This role is pivotal in driving our outbound sales performance, maintaining high standards of quality, and achieving key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring each team member meets their targets while delivering a supportive patient experience.Duties and Responsibilities
* Team Leadership:Directly manage and mentor a team of 12-20 outbound call center professionals.
* Performance Management:Own and manage all team KPIs, including daily call volume, connection rates, and conversion targets.
* Sales Coaching:Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews and provide actionable, real-time coaching to improve sales performance and objection-handling skills.
* Operational Excellence:Monitor team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve outbound efficiency and lead conversion.
* Training:Lead onboarding and ongoing development initiatives to ensure the team stays aligned with Better Health's mission and standards.
* Call Support:Periodically handle outbound sales calls as needed to support team coverage, maintain process expertise, and provide hands-on leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Language requirement:Excellent English written and verbal communication
* Experience:3+ years of experience in call center leadership or sales management; demonstrated success in outbound sales environments.
