We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to support a UK-based employer in their sales department, providing a South African professional with the opportunity to drive growth and manage sales in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Requirements
* Drive growth and manage sales to achieve targets and maintain a high conversion rate
* Engage with potential customers, providing information about services and following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book appointments and generate commission
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and refine marketing strategies based on customer responses and feedback
* Call existing customers to offer additional services and identify new sales opportunities
* Build rapport with clients and demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services
* Refine sales approach based on rejections and objections during calls to continuously improve performance
* Relevant years' experience in sales, preferably in a telemarketing or sales role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confidence using tools such as CRM software
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous

Benefits
