We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professional to support a UK-based employer in sales, working closely with Mandarin-speaking clients. As a South African professional with fluency in Mandarin, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with UK-based clients, leveraging your cultural awareness and language skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the UK market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Use language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring seamless sales interactions
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client networks and relationships
* Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimise results
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Qualifications and Experience
* 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in a UK-based or international sales environment
* Fluency in Mandarin, both written and verbal
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confidence using tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
