We are seeking an elite Global Discovery Specialist (GDS) to serve as the high-energy "front end" of our revenue engine.

As a GDS, you are far more than a traditional "appointment setter." You are a professional, high-EQ consultant responsible for initiating relationships, uncovering deep emotional drivers, and validating financial readiness. Your mission is to guide highly interested, warm prospects through the initial stages of our funnel, ensuring that every "Enrollment Meeting" you schedule is with a homeowner who is perfectly qualified, clear on their personal goals, and deeply committed to the process.

Key Responsibilities

I. Lead Engagement & Emotional Discovery
* Warm Discovery Calls:Manage high-energy, high-impact discovery conversations with warm inbound leads, webinar attendees, and opted-in nurture opportunities.
* No Cold Calling:Work exclusively with prospects who have raised their hand, requested assistance, or actively engaged with our marketing content.
* Emotional Deep-Dive:Go far beyond surface-level financial numbers to identify each prospect's core "why." You are responsible for identifying their personal urgency and confirming financial viability.
* Relationship Anchoring:Establish instant rapport and professional authority, positioning the prospect appropriately for a seamless transition to the next phase of the sales cycle.

II. Pipeline & Momentum Management
* Scheduling Enrollment Meetings:Successfully guide qualified prospects through our discovery framework to schedule a "Perfect Set" on the calendars of our Enrollment Specialists (Closers).
* Warm Follow-up Loops:Proactively manage follow-up cadences for warm leads in our system to ensure no high-intent prospect goes cold due to administrative delays.
* Lead Flow Execution:Our marketing engine consistently generates substantial inbound lead flow and warm opportunities for the GDS team to work daily (25–30 per week / average) to keep enrollment calendars packed and maximize your commission footprint.

III. Professional Standards & Performance
* Baseline KPI Adherence:Maintain a consistent baseline standard of 31 completed Enrollment Meetings per month (meetings that actually occur with an Enrollment Specialist).
* The "Terminator Club":Aim for our elite recognition and reward tier by achieving 41+ completed Enrollment Meetings per month. "Terminators" receive premium, priority access to hot leads, incoming inbound IVR calls, and direct partner referrals.

Experience & Must-Haves
* Proven Sales DNA:2–4+ years of successful experience in an SDR, BDR, or Discovery/Intake role, ideally within high-ticket B2C, real estate, coaching, or financial services.
* Exceptional English:World-class verbal and written English. You must possess a persuasive, authoritative, yet warm and empathetic "bedside manner" over the phone.
* "Digital Office" Standards:Maintain a highly professional remote workspace, including a high-definition webcam, professional ring lighting, and a distraction-free background to represent the brand at an elite level.
