About the Company

We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based performance physical therapy company helping people move better, recover with confidence, and perform at their best. We combine expert clinical care with a personal, results-focused client experience.

We are not a high-volume clinic churning through patients. Every person who reaches out is trusting us with something that matters to them, whether that is recovering from an injury, returning to a sport, or finally addressing pain they have lived with for years. That trust starts with the very first conversation, which is exactly where this role lives.

Clear communication, ownership, and consistent follow-through are values we hold ourselves to, and we look for the same in the people who join us.

About the Role

We generate a steady flow of warm B2C leads through Meta advertising, Google search, and referrals. These are people who have already raised their hand and expressed interest, but interest fades fast when no one follows up quickly and personally.

This role exists to make sure that never happens.

As our Sales Development Representative, you own the first stage of the client journey. You are the first human voice a prospect hears, and your job is to build trust quickly, understand what each person is trying to solve, and convert genuine interest into a booked $99 evaluation. Roughly 80% of your time is spent on lead follow-up and appointment booking. The remaining 20% supports scheduling for existing clients.

This is not a cold-calling seat. It is a warm, consultative conversion role where empathy and follow-through drive results. Every lead you fail to reach quickly is marketing spend that goes to waste, and every lead you convert is a person who gets the care they came looking for. That is the impact you own.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
* Manage 50–70 active leads at a time through a structured five-day follow-up process.
* Contact new prospects two to three times per day during the initial lead window, moving quickly on fresh leads to protect speed-to-lead.
* Reach prospects across phone, text, and email, adapting your approach to how each person prefers to communicate.
* Consistently convert qualified interest into booked $99 evaluations.
Consultative Communication & Qualification
* Build genuine rapport and understand each prospect's goals, concerns, and timeline.
* Clearly communicate the value of a performance physical therapy evaluation in language that resonates with the individual, not a script.
* Qualify prospects to ensure the people we book are a strong fit for our care.
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
* Maintain accurate, complete notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up activity in GoHighLevel.
* Keep the pipeline clean and current so no lead slips through the cracks and handoffs are seamless.
Scheduling & Client Support
* Support occasional scheduling and rescheduling requests through Slack and Jane.
* Handle existing-client scheduling with the same care and responsiveness given to new leads.
Team Collaboration
* Coordinate with the owner and clinical team to ensure accurate handoffs and a smooth client experience from first contact through booked evaluation.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum two years of B2C sales, appointment-setting, lead qualification, or similar phone-based experience.
* Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident, and natural phone presence.
* Proven experience managing warm inbound leads, performance targets, and high-volume follow-up.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and CRM discipline.
* A reliable remote-work setup: stable internet, a quiet environment, and a quality headset for phone conversations.

Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Jane, or Slack.
* Experience selling or booking for U.S. customers.
* Background in health, wellness, fitness, or medical-adjacent businesses.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are warm and genuinely people-oriented, and you can build trust in the first 30 seconds of a call. You move fast without feeling rushed, and you follow up relentlessly without ever feeling pushy.

You are disciplined with a pipeline: you log everything, you never let a lead go cold, and you treat 50–70 open conversations as a system to run, not a pile to survive.

You are comfortable talking to people about their health and their goals, and you know that in this role, listening converts better than pitching. You take ownership of your numbers and you care about the human o
