Role Summary
This role sits within a growing healthcare-focused organisation seeking a highly motivated professional to support patient outreach and schedule management. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing patients, qualifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and accurately booking appointments for the internal team in a fast-paced remote environment.

* Monthly base + $500–$1,000 commission potential
Role Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
* Engage prospects professionally and build rapport quickly.
* Identify and qualify prospective patients based on established criteria.
* Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
* Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other approved communication channels.
* Maintain accurate records and update the relevant CRM/system.
* Follow established scripts, processes, and appointment-setting procedures.
* Handle patient information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Meet agreed appointment-setting, activity, and conversion targets.
* Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding booked appointments and lead status.
* Follow all processes relating to patient privacy, data protection, and information security.
* Demonstrate live thinking rather than relying on memorized scripts during calls.
* Handle price-shopper calls effectively without quoting numbers or shutting down the caller.
* Capture caller names and callback numbers early in the conversation.
* Bridge from unanswerable questions to value-driven reasons for an appointment.
* Take control of the call by asking strategic questions rather than just answering them.
* Triage urgent and emergency calls correctly.
* Articulate and adhere to strict patient data confidentiality and privacy policy requirements.
Required Skills & Experience (Hard Skills)
* Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, customer service, or a similar role.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Proven ability to navigate CRMs and utilize multiple software platforms.
* Reliable computer/laptop.

* Ability to handle price-shopper calls without quoting numbers.
