Job Title:Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Employment Type:Full-Time, Independant contractor
Working Hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.Compensation:$1200-$2500 per month(salary offered will depend on level of experience)
Location:Remote, open to candidates in South Africa, Latin America, or the Philippines.Industry: Healthcare / Chiropractic services.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a fully remote, client-facing sales role. This is a phone-heavy position requiring someone who isnaturally outgoing, comfortable speaking with prospects, and able toconfidently guideconversations from initial contact through discovery and the next stage of the sales process.
You will engage with bothoutbound and inboundprospects, as well as potential customers through Instagram DMs. Because you will be communicating with U.S.-based prospects in a medical-related environment, fluent English and exceptionally clear spoken communication are essential.
What You'll Do
* Make outbound calls to prospective and colder leads.
* Handle inbound calls from prospects who have expressed interest.
* Conduct discovery-style conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and fit.
* Build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone.
* Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
* Engage with prospects through Instagram DMs and sell through chat.
* Respond professionally and promptly to prospect questions.
* Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the relevant CRM/sales systems.
* Learn and follow established sales scripts, processes, and messaging.
* Continuously improve your sales approach based on coaching and performance feedback.
What We're Looking For
Required:
* Fluent, highly proficient English with an accent that is easy for U.S. callers to understand.
* Strong telephone presence and communication skills.
* Confident, outgoing, and personable personality.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people throughout the day.
* Driven by targets, results, and personal performance.
* Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent approach.
* Strong listening and discovery skills.
* Professional and reliable in a fully remote environment.
* Comfortable communicating through social media and chat.
Preferred:
* Previous SDR, BDR, inside sales, telesales, appointment-setting, or similar experience.
* Experience selling to U.S.-based customers.
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel.
* Experience working with CRMs and sales pipelines.
* Experience in healthcare, medical services, or another client-facing professional environment.
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
* Outgoing and energized by cold calling, not intimidated by it.
