SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a contract Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote position on behalf of our client. They are a 3-year-old SaaS platform in the contractor collections space, currently scaling their growth by transitioning from inbound referrals to outbound sales.

DAILY GOALS & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

•Making 120+ Cold Calls A Day (600+ Per Week)

•40+ Conversations Decision-Makers Per Day (200+ Per Week)

•30 live conversations per day (continue calling until reached)

•3+ hours of talk time

•1+Qualified Demo Show Upa Day (5+ Per Week)

•Self-driven, hustler personality type (you don’t need anyone to motivate you)•Incredible self-confidence (you have zero doubt you’ll hit quota)

•Impeccable time management (you can already see yourself doing more activities in a day)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•You must have prior SaaS sales experience (you will not be considered for this role unless you meet this criteria)

•High cold calling activity per day experience (over 120 calls in a day).

90-Day Ramp-Up Quota

All new SDRs are placed on a 90-day probationary ramp period. During this period, performance is evaluated based onqualified demo show-ups— demos that meet all qualification criteria:QuickBooks Online, decision-maker/owner present,  20+ open invoices
