Role Summary

We are launching a dedicated B2B Wholesale Division to scale our highly successful consumer brand—already dominant across Amazon and Walmart—directly into thousands of independent brick-and-mortar retailers. To fuel this expansion, we are seeking hungry, high-velocitySales Development Representatives (SDRs)who are motivated by an aggressive, uncapped, commission-only compensation model.

This role is built for true hunters who understand the compounding math of B2B wholesale. You will target independent pet shops, regional hardware hubs, and niche retailers. These businesses are famously loyal to their suppliers; once you establish an account and build consistency, their reorders run on complete autopilot. Because our products feature small form factors with high master case densities, your unit volume and monthly residual commissions compound rapidly.

Uncapped Commission Structure & Volume Dynamics

This position offers zero base salary but features an industry-leading, uncapped commission percentage on every upfront and reorder invoice generated by your accounts.

1. High-Volume B2B Outbound Prospecting
* Lead Generation Sprints:Cold call, email, and digitally pitch independent pet stores, local hardware retailers, and variety storefronts across the United States to capture owner/buyer interest.

* Wholesale Education:Present our high-margin retail catalog to store buyers, effectively articulating product velocity numbers from our established e-commerce channels.

* Pipeline Velocity:Maintain a clean, organized sales funnel inside our company CRM, moving independent store owners from cold outreach to active master case ordering.

2. Account Structuring & Residual Maintenance
* Initial Orders:Guide store owners through their first wholesale sample structures, initial inventory placement, and master case logistics.
