Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify new business leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
* Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
* Book discovery calls, product demos and meetings for Account Executives
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospect interactions
* Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies
Requirements
* 1+ year of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B environment
* Resilient, competitive and highly motivated by targets and results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
