About the Role

TheSDR / Partner Engagement Assistantis a critical hire intended to support the rapid growth of the company’s client portfolio. As the Founder and Principal focus on high-level distribution deals, this role will own the "downstream" engagement, specifically targeting specialized Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will act as a pivotal extension of the leadership team, qualifying leads and setting appointments that directly impact seven-figure revenue streams for global tech clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Outbound Engagement:Execute outreach campaigns targeting specialized MSPs and B2B prospects across multiple client accounts.
* Social Selling:Manage LinkedIn engagement, including commenting, messaging, and building relationships through social platforms.
* Lead Qualification:Parse through inbound responses and qualify leads based on client-specific frameworks to ensure only high-potential opportunities reach the leadership calendar.
* Appointment Setting:Coordinate and schedule 30-minute discovery meetings, managing calendars across different time zones.
* Campaign Management:Navigate tools likeCleverlyandTaplioto monitor multiple simultaneous campaigns (e.g., Automy, Telecom Data).
* Reporting & Tracking:Maintain precise CRM hygiene inHubSpotto track attribution and lead sources for client reporting.
* White-Label Representation:Seamlessly switch between brand identities, acting as a professional representative for different client entities.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:
* SDR/Appointment Setting:Proven track record in outbound lead generation.
* LinkedIn Expertise:Deep familiarity with social selling techniques and LinkedIn outreach tools.
* Tech Stack Proficiency:Experience withHubSpot,Cleverly,Taplio, or similar CRM and automation platforms.
* English Proficiency:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (British or American English).
