Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedSales Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between the initial sale and the final delivery, serving as the primary engine for our post-sale process. You will support our Account Managers by coordinating invoices, managing orders, and ensuring that every customer receives their product accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "operational grit" to manage complex orders involving custom artwork and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Post-Sale Execution
* Own the end-to-end post-sale process, including artwork proofing, invoicing, and generating accurate shipping quotes.

* Input and process orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and product specifications.

* Act as the primary point of contact for urgent inquiries when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

* Proactively inform customers of any potential delays, arrange delivery dates, and resolve queries regarding their orders.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with production and design departments to ensure artwork and orders are processed effectively.
