About the role

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing an existing portfolio of accounts, and ensuring our clients get outstanding results. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building long-term partnerships.

What you'll do
* Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across assigned markets
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable value
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline (leads, forecasts, activity logs)
* Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and retention KPIs
* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, product) to ensure seamless client delivery
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and renewal negotiations
* Provide regular performance reports and client feedback to leadership
What we're looking for
* 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing commercial role
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
