Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the systems,

processes, and reporting that enable the commercial organization to operate efficiently

and scale effectively. This individual will serve as a Salesforce administrator, support

commission administration and deal operations, and provide reporting and analytics that

drive informed business decisions.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations, the Revenue

Operations Analyst will help optimize revenue-generating processes, ensure data

integrity, and improve operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce, supporting day-to-day platform management and user needs.
* Lead new user onboarding, role provisioning, and end-user training.
* Configure and maintain operational workflows, including opportunity management, commercial contracting, and client staffing processes.
* Monitor and maintain CRM data quality through ongoing data governance, validation, and hygiene initiatives.
* Support and troubleshoot key system integrations to ensure accurate and reliable data across commercial platforms.
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and Salesforce enhancements.
* Administer commission-related processes, including tracking client referrals and commission eligibility.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
* Partner with the Finance team to support commission calculations, validation, and reporting.
* Assist in maintaining commission policies, documentation, and supporting processes.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance pipeline, bookings, and sales performance reporting.
* Produce recurring management reports and dashboards that provide visibility into commercial performance and key operational metrics.
* Analyze sales pipeline trends and business performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
* Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for Sales Leadership, Finance, and Executive Management.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Financial Operations, or a related analytical role.
* Experience administering Salesforce CRM required.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.
