About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth agency as a Reporting Specialist, supporting paid media teams by owning the reporting process end-to-end.
You’ll play a critical role in transforming raw campaign data into structured, client-ready insights — becoming a key operational backbone of the marketing team.
There is also strong potential for growth into a Team Lead role, as the client plans to scale this into a South African reporting pod over time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract and consolidate campaign data from platforms including:Google AdsMeta (Facebook/Instagram)LinkedIn Ads
* Google Ads
* Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads
* Populate internal reporting templates and presentation decks
* Analyse campaign performance and add initial insights/annotations
* Track and interpret key metrics such as:Cost per Lead (CPL)Conversions and conversion ratesCampaign performance trends
* Cost per Lead (CPL)

* Campaign performance trends
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple client reports (2 per client/month)
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders via Slack and occasional team meetings
* Support the marketing team by reducing manual reporting workload
Required Qualification & Skills:
* 2+ years experience in digital marketing, paid media, or reporting roles
* Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
* Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
* Experience working with reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, or slide-based reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong written English and ability to communicate insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous agency experience
* Certifications in:Google AdsMeta Blueprint
* Google Ads
* Meta Blueprint
* Exposure to tracking tools (pixels, cookies, analytics platforms)
* Experience working with international teams
