Working remotely from South Africa, you will support an experienced Recruitment Consultant by identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre candidates across specialist markets. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing
* Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and professional networks.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
* Headhunt specialist talent using creative and targeted search techniques.
* Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future vacancies.

Candidate Screening & Assessment
* Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Qualify candidates against role requirements and present shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Consultant.
* Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage candidate expectations with professionalism and clear communication.

Recruitment Administration
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and CRM.
* Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
* Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate information are completed accurately.
* Support recruitment campaigns and ongoing talent pipeline management.

Business Support
* Assist with market research and talent mapping projects.
* Provide recruitment intelligence and market insights.
* Support business development initiatives through proactive candidate engagement.
* Work closely with the Recruitment Consultant to deliver an outstanding recruitment service.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 2–3 years' experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Researcher or Recruitment Coordinator.
* Previous experience supporting permanent recruitment assignments.
* International recruitment experience, preferably within the UK or US markets.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* A confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Equipment Requirements
* Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
* Stable, high-speed internet connection.
* Professional home office environment suitable for remote working.
* Backup power solution is advantageous.

Working Hours
* Full-time position.
* Monday to Friday.
* 09:00–17:00 UK time(11:00–19:00 SAST, subject to UK daylight savings).
* Fully remote, working from anywhere in South Africa.
