Role Overview
As our Senior Recruiter, your primary mission is to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent to fuel our firm's expansion. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage the entire talent pipeline—from initial headhunting to offer negotiation.
You will split your focus between two critical areas: sourcing and onboarding high-performing real estate agents/brokers, and recruiting elite corporate operational staff (property managers, coordinators, marketing specialists, and administrative support).
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of recruiting experience, exceptional headhunting instincts on LinkedIn, and the polished communication style required to pitch luxury real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
* Active Sourcing & Headhunting:Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, real estate databases, and industry networks to aggressively source and engage passive real estate agents, brokers, and property management professionals.
* Screening & Assessment:Conduct rigorous phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' sales track records, cultural alignment, communication standards, and operational competencies.
* Hiring Manager Partnership:Collaborate directly with executive leadership and department heads to understand headcount needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver highly vetted shortlists.
2. Pipeline & Experience Management
* Candidate Experience:Act as the face of our company, providing a high-touch, professional, and seamless interview experience for all candidates.
* CRM/ATS Maintenance:Keep our Applicant Tracking System meticulously updated, tracking candidate progress, interview notes, and pipeline metrics.
* Offer Facilitation:Coordinate the interview logistics, facilitate feedback loops, and assist leadership in structuring and extending competitive offers.
Required Qualifications
* 4+ Years of Direct Recruiting Experience:Proven track record in a full-cycle internal recruitment or agency staffing role. Experience recruiting within a fast-moving, commission-driven, or high-growth environment is required.
* Industry Familiarity (Strong Plus):Prior experience recruiting specifically within the real estate, brokerage, property management, or hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
* Sourcing Mastery:Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and alternative sourcing strategies to uncover top-tier passive talent.
* The "Hustle" Mindset:A results-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, capable of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
