RCM Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Raventra Healthis a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As an RCM Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will turn revenue cycle data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and provider clients. You will build and maintain reports, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and help teams understand opportunities to improve billing, collections, claims performance, and overall revenue cycle operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering key revenue cycle metrics

* Analyze accounts receivable, claims, denials, payments, collections, and reimbursement data

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role

* Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and key performance metrics
