Healthcare Data Analyst

Raventra Healthis a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will analyze healthcare and revenue cycle data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will work with operational and client-facing teams to turn complex data into clear insights that support better financial and operational outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Analyze healthcare and revenue cycle data from billing, claims, payment, and accounts receivable systems

* Monitor key performance indicators such as collections, denial rates, claim volumes, reimbursement, and AR aging

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, or a related analytical role

* Experience working with healthcare, financial, or operational datasets

* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
