* Performfull-cycle property accountingfor assigned properties (5+ residential buildings)
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial statement packages
* Conductbank reconciliationsand manage cash flow monitoring
* Maintain thegeneral ledger, process journal entries, and manage themonth-end close
* Handledata entry,accounts payable/receivable, accruals, and prepaids
* Work closely with property managers to reconcile budgets and prepare variance analyses
* Supportaudit preparationand year-end financial processes
* Ensure accurate financial data management withinYardi–non-negotiable requirement
* 2+ years of experience inproperty accounting, preferably in multi-family real estate
* Strong grasp offull-cycle accountingprinciples and practices
* Ability to manage accounting formultiple propertiesconcurrently
* Proficiency inYardi–required
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Experience with residential portfolios of 200+ unit buildings
* Familiarity with brokerage-side accounting or real estate transactions is a plus
