Target Salary Range:$2,000 – $3,000 USD / month (commensurate with experience) + Performance Bonuses & Monthly Recurring Commissions

Our company operates a multifaceted real estate and digital assets portfolio, including a residential brokerage, real estate investment entities, and a growing portfolio of over 1,300 premium exact-match web domains.

We are expanding a hyper-local digital real estate initiative: renting high-value exact-match domain names paired with live, high-performing niche websites to real estate agents, luxury brokers, local contractors, and service businesses across North America. We provide local professionals with turnkey digital platforms that capture hyper-local search intent and drive leads.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, technically curious, and proactiveProject Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Assistantto manage end-to-end execution across paid media, local search optimization, AI-driven website creation, and client outreach.

This is a hands-on execution and management role. You will bridge strategy, AI technology, and execution—building micro-websites, optimizing multi-platform ad spend, ensuring bulletproof local search visibility, and supporting domain rental growth.

The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with strong commercial instincts, capable of moving projects forward without needing step-by-step instruction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media & Digital Advertising
* Setup, manage, and continuously optimize paid search and social campaigns acrossGoogle AdsandMeta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, budget management, and bid adjustments to maximize ROAS.
* Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages and ad destinations.
* Audit and revive legacy social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) to build brand consistency and organic authority.

2. AI-Powered Website Development & Domain Monetization
* Utilize generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, midjourney, etc.) to rapidly draft site architecture, localized copy, and structural framework for hyper-local micro-websites.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain websites onNetlify(or similar modern web hosting platforms).
* Manage custom domain configurations, DNS settings, SSL certification, redirects, and lead capture form integrations.
* Build high-converting demo websites to demonstrate domain asset value during prospective client pitches.

3. SEO & Local Search Optimization (AEO & Maps)
* Execute on-page, local, and technical SEO best practices across internal and client-facing domain properties.
* Claim, verify, optimize, and maintain multi-location business listings acrossGoogle Business Profile,Apple Maps, andBing Places for Business.
* Implement schema markup and structured data tailored for local authority and emergingAnswer Engine Optimization (AEO)/ AI discovery engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

4. Marketing Project Management & Operations
* Maintain campaign schedules, production calendars, and deliverables to keep all marketing workstreams on schedule.
* Develop repeatable templates and workflows for rapid website builds and local listings management.
* Maintain clean documentation for domain assets, customer configurations, and active ad accounts.

5. Sales Support & Lead Generation
* Assist in identifying, researching, and prospecting potential domain rental clients (e.g., luxury real estate agents, contractors, home service providers).
* Match targeted prospects with domain assets in our portfolio.
* Track leads, prospect interactions, and domain rental lifecycles within our CRM system.

6. Performance Analytics & Reporting
* Track and analyze key marketing KPIs across paid, organic, and local channels.
* Deliver actionable performance reports and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications
* Experience:2+ years of hands-on digital marketing and marketing project coordination experience.
* Paid Media Mastery:Proven track record running and optimizing performance campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Local SEO Expertise:Direct experience setting up and managing Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing local listings.
* AI Proficiency:Advanced experience leveraging ChatGPT or similar AI tools for copy, layout structure, research, and efficiency.
* Communication:Flawless written and verbal English communication with a professional, polite, and client-friendly tone.
* Execution Style:Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative, solves technical roadblocks independently, and delivers without micromanagement.
