Overview
Our client, a custom single-family residential builder, is seeking anArchitectto support the technical execution side of their projects.
This is a“back of house” production rolefocused heavily on creating high-quality construction documents (CDs) and 3D models—not client-facing design presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of producing accurate, build-ready documentation at a high volume.
Primary Function
The primary function of this role is toproduce detailed construction documents and technical drawingsthat support residential builds from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities

* 5–8 years of professional experience in architecture or architectural drafting
