Procurement and Logistics Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

Role OverviewThe Procurement and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels
* Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
* Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels
* Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
* Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales teams to forecast demand and align supply
* Manage risk by developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
* Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
* Experience with ERP systems and procurement/logistics software
* Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain best practices
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
