Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
* Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically to maximise ROAS and efficiency
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis and competitive benchmarking
* Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies
* Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
* Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on PPC or paid media campaign management experience
* Google Ads certified and Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Excel
* Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms
* Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
