Role Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, and intellectually curiousPersonal Brand & Strategic Growth Managerto build and operate a unified visibility engine for our founder, Peter. Peter has accumulated substantial intellectual capital—including media appearances, conference talks, interviews, and deep written content—and we are looking for a hybrid operator to operationalize these raw assets into a modern growth platform.
This isnota traditional administrative assistant role. Instead, this position sits at the intersection of aPersonal Brand Manager, Strategic Marketing Operator, Content & PR Lead, and Founder Associate (Chief of Staff-lite). You will shape Peter's digital footprint, amplify his industry visibility, manage executive network outreach, and establish market validation feedback loops that will directly shape the direction of his next corporate venture.
Key Responsibilities

* LinkedIn & Digital Footprint:Complete ownership of managing and growing Peter’s personal LinkedIn presence, audience engagement, and broader digital footprint.
